Humanist Lawyers

Although many lawyers hold humanistic values such as those expressed in the Humanist Legal Society's mission statement, we have never united as a group in an effort to consolidate power and influence the law and public policy. The Lawyers Division of the Humanist Legal Society aims to change that. By allowing attorneys from around the country to join together and network, interacting with members of the Faculty Division and Student Division, the Lawyers Division provides a refreshing environment for lawyers seeking to find and interact with like-minded professionals. Moreover, by working with those other divisions to facilitate activities such as debates, symposiums, and conferences, the Lawyers Division provides a vibrant forum for exchanging and ideas and influencing the law and public policy.
